Meetings

 

We aim to hold 11 meetings per year, usually on the second Tuesday of the month at Turnbull House, Bowen St, Wellington, at 7:30.  We open the office up about 30 minutes earlier to allow members to use the library.

At least two meetings are jointly held with either the Wellington or Hutt Valley Philatelic Society, at their premises and usual meeting dates.  In the last few years we have been branching out, holding regional meetings, usually tied to a Stamp show or Exhibition and run by the local Vice-President.

 

Our AGM is always held in October, and a Xmas meeting in December.  We don't usually meet in January.

10th April:   Claude Poulson, A bit of this and a bit of that

8th May:  Sale viewing & Library night 
12th June:   John Mowbray Fakes and Forgeries

3rd July:   Joint meeting with Hutt Valley.  Robin Gwynn, New Zealand Advertising stamps

14th August:   TBA

11th September:  President's Night, Queen Elizabeth 60th Anniversary Celebration 
9th October:   AGM
