Collins Award
Council is pleased to announce the Collins award for excellence in a published paper for 2007 has been awarded to Geoff Rickards and Doug Tennant for their article "Innovations of the 1996 Scenic self-adhesives" which appeared in the June 2007 New Zealand Stamp Collector.
