What We Do

The RPSNZ supports New Zealand Philately in a variety of ways:

1. We publish the quarterly journal The New Zealand Stamp Collector.
2. We publish monographs, and the renowned ongoing series of handbooks The Postage Stamps of New Zealand
3. We hold monthly meetings with interesting displays and speakers, in Wellington and elsewhere. 
4. We maintain a significant Library and Archive for members to use
5. We have a close relationship with other bodies, including Federation, other local societies, the Alexander Turnbull Library and NZ Post 
6. We hold bi-annual postal bid sales of material from members, non-members and estates
7. We have a world-recognised Expert Committee for providing opinions on New Zealand & some Pacific Is. items.
8. Our office is manned for several hours a day, two days a week
